What to do when a delivery download does not open

“The download does not open” can describe several different events. The browser may not have saved a file, the order page may return an error, or a saved file may not open in the application selected on the device. Identify the stage before trying to fix it.

A delivery is a TXT file with one account per line (for example username:password:email:email_password:auth_token, with the exact fields depending on the category), and your order page provides the download link. Start from that order page and work through the stages below.

Confirm the correct completed order

Match the order reference, displayed state, category, and relevant quantity. A familiar filename is not enough to establish that the download belongs to that transaction. If you are not sure which order to open, find the correct completed order in your history with an email verification code.

The 30+ follower bulk category and stat inventory represent different records. Keep their deliveries associated with the correct order.

A wallet notification is not the store's completed state. If the order is still pending, describe the payment or order-state question separately rather than assuming a delivery file should already exist.

Identify where the failure occurs

Before a file is saved

Record the actual page or browser error and the time. Check the order state, then try the download button on the order page again, or in a different browser.

After a file is saved

Check where the browser put the file and what type it reports. A TXT delivery opens in any plain text editor, so if the default application is the wrong one, use “Open with” and pick a text editor. Nothing needs to be installed to read it.

After the file opens

Unexpected symbols, blank-looking output, or merged fields may be a representation or encoding question. Keep an untouched copy of the original and look at the structure instead of editing values by guesswork.

These stages call for different fixes. “The file was saved, but the text editor shows this error” is more useful than one generic claim that delivery is broken.

Open the file first, then check what is inside

A file that will not open on your device is a viewing problem, and it says nothing about the accounts listed inside. Once the text is readable, each line follows the field layout of your category.

When you want a status check on the delivered accounts, paste the lines into the account checker, which reports live, suspended or locked. It needs readable text to work with, so get the file open first; a checker cannot repair a download.

If the layout is the question, the format identification tool shows how the fields are separated, and split by delimiter pulls out the columns you need, such as username:password. For more on this step, see checking a delivered file's structure before using a format tool. These tools work on text you already have; they cannot fix an unavailable order or a link that does not load.

Use trusted local controls

Review the browser's actual download information and the device's relevant viewer. If the browser shows a security warning, find out which file or destination triggered it before you decide how to proceed.

Delivery files are plain TXT, so an executable or a file that asks you to install something is not what you ordered. Do not run it or rename it into a text extension; a logo and a plausible filename are not proof of a safe attachment.

If the download appears to contain something other than the stated delivery, pause, keep the original file untouched, and write to support on Telegram with a precise description.

Prepare a focused report

Provide the order reference, time, displayed order state, failure stage, and the exact error text. Crop the full download link out of any screenshot you send.

Support is on Telegram (see the contact page). A concrete description of what you see, and at which stage, lets support look at your specific order instead of guessing.

Frequently asked questions

Does a file that will not open mean something is wrong with the accounts?

No. Download, local viewing, format, and account status are separate questions. Work out at which stage the failure happens.

Should I send the whole delivery file to support?

You do not need to. The order reference, the time, the failure stage, and the exact error text are enough to start, and for a layout question a single sample line with made-up values shows the structure.

Can a format tool fix a pending order or failed download link?

No. A format utility operates on text you already have. Order-state and download-link problems need to be looked at on the order itself.

What should I include in a download support request?

Include the order reference, time, current state, failure stage, and the exact error text, and leave the full download link out of screenshots.
